| Tianjin International Exhibition Center is managed and
owned by Tianjin International Exhibition Center Group. The Group's business services
include exhibition, hotel, tourism and trade. The Center is one of the largest
exhibition centers in China. The Center hosts many international exhibitions and
conventions annually. |

| It has 12 thousand square meters exhibition hall and a four-star
hotel. The hotel has 270 rooms, 9 conference rooms, and 7 restaurants serving
Chinese, Cantonese, Western, Japanese and Korean cuisine. The hotel is also equipped with
night club, bowling, billiard, Mahjong, Sauna, massage and ticketing center. It has become
an ideal place to stay for visitors. |
